How can i create a Nascar Racing 2003 Season video and put it on Youtube?

I’ve seen people put videos of them playing Nascar Racing 2003 Season on youtube. I was wondering how i do that. Do i need a special program? Help me out.

the free version lets you record clips of 30 secondes

the clips you will have will be heavy so you will need to compress them
