How do you get COT Mods on Nascar Racing 2003?

I’ve tried to find away to get them but i can’t figure out how

Download the file called "SS.net’s V1.04" in the link below:

http://www.akmracing.com/modules.php?name=Downloads&d_op=viewdownload&cid=27

Then just run and install the file. The COT mod should work in the game after that.
